The 2011 Copa Constitució was the 19th edition of the Andorran Football Cup . All teams of the Primera as well as the eight (out of ten) best teams of the Segona Divisió at the half-season were eligible to compete. The competition will take place between January 16, 2011 and May 8, 2011. The winner qualified for the first qualifying round for the 2011/12 UEFA Europa League .
UE Sant Julià was able to successfully defend the title and won the third title.

In the first round, the eight best teams in the Segona Divisió competed against each other in the half of the season. The game was played on January 16, 2011.
