The Copa Constitució 2008 was the 16th edition of the Andorran Football Cup . All teams of the Primera and the Segona Divisió after six rounds were eligible to compete. The competition was held between January 17th, 2008 and May 24th, 2008. The winner qualified for the first qualifying round for the 2008/09 UEFA Cup .

UE Sant Julià won the first title.
