Coyah (prefecture)
Coyah is a prefecture in the region Kindia in Guinea with about 85,000 inhabitants. Like all Guinean prefectures, it is named after its capital, Coyah .
The prefecture is located in the west of the country, near the Atlantic coast, and covers an area of 2,166 km². In the past, today's Dubréka Prefecture also belonged to Coyah.
