Kérouané (prefecture)

Kérouané is a prefecture in the Kankan Region in Guinea with about 124,000 inhabitants. Like all Guinean prefectures, it is named after its capital, Kérouané .

The prefecture is located in the east of the country and covers an area of 7,950 km².
