Craig Sheffer
Craig Sheffer (born April 23, 1960 in York , Pennsylvania ) is an American actor .
Life
The son of a prison guard took one of his first roles in the soap opera Love, Lie, Passion in 1982 . Sheffer then appeared in a few teenage films, such as the John Hughes production, Isn't She Wonderful? (1987) as a spoiled rich youth. In the early 1990s, he reached the height of his acting career with leading roles in movies, such as the horror flick Cabal - The Brut of the Night (1990) by Clive Barker . Probably his best-known roles he played as the older brother of Brad Pitt in the literary film From the Middle Rivers a River (1992) by Robert Redford and as a neighbor of Cameron Diaz in the comedy Head Over Water (1996).
After the turn of the millennium, the cinema offers for Sheffer decreased significantly. From 2003 to 2007 he was seen in the role of Keith Scott in the television series One Tree Hill , in 2012 he had another guest appearance on the series. Today he can mainly be seen in B-movies and as a guest actor in television series. In addition, Sheffer is also active as a director and directed the previous two films: Prodigal Son 2004 American Crude in 2007. He also owns a production company called Desert Winds film , among other things, the science fiction - action movie Demolition Man with Sylvester Stallone produced.
He has a daughter born in 1993 from his relationship with actress Gabrielle Anwar .
