Cristian Ezequiel Ferreira (born September 12, 1999 in Córdoba ) is an Argentine soccer player who is currently under contract with the first division River Plate .

Career

society

Cristian Ferreira began playing football at Club Atlético Las Palmas in his hometown of Córdoba before moving to the River Plates youth academy in 2008 . For the 2017/18 season he was promoted to the first team of the first division club . He made his debut on October 28, 2017 in a 4-0 away defeat by Club Atlético Talleres when he came on as a substitute for Exequiel Palacios in the second half . He scored his first goal on October 27, 2018 in a 1-0 home win against Club Atlético Aldosivi . On March 3, 2019, he scored once in the 4-2 home win against Newell's Old Boys and assisted two more goals.

National team

On March 20, 2019, Cristian Ferreira made his debut for the Argentina U-20 national team in the 0-1 friendly defeat against France . With the U20, he took part in the 2019 U-20 World Cup in Poland , where he was used in two games and collected one goal and two assists.
