Germán Darío Lux (born June 7, 1982 in Carcarañá , Santa Fe province ) is an Argentine football player , since July 1, 2017 he has been under contract with his youth club River Plate in Argentina. Before that he played for RCD Mallorca and Deportivo La Coruña in Spain.

The goalkeeper played six times at the 2004 Olympics , where he won gold with the Argentine team.

Lux plays in the Argentine national soccer team and took part in the Confederations Cup in 2005 . However, he and his team lost the final against their South American rivals ( Brazil ) 1: 4.
