Curt Cronau

Curt Cronau (born October 15, 1870 in Bromberg ; † after 1940) was a German administrative lawyer.

After passing the state examination and subsequent legal traineeship, Cronau had been a district director in the Colmar district , Alsace , from 1913 . In 1918 he was appointed Undersecretary of State in the Ministry for Alsace-Lorraine to the governor of Alsace-Lorraine . From 1919 to 1924 he worked as a ministerial advisor and from 1921 as a ministerial director in the Prussian interior and state ministry. 1922–1924 he also served as president of the Reichsausgleichsamt. In 1924 he was appointed regional president for the Köslin administrative region . In 1934 he was retired due to age.

He spent his old age in Braunschweig .
