Cylk Cozart

Cylk Cozart (born February 1, 1957 in Knoxville , Tennessee ) is an American actor and film producer .

Life and accomplishments

Cozart studied at King College in Bristol ( Tennessee ). His subsequent attempt at a career as a professional basketball player was unsuccessful. He worked as a model in Miami at times , and later moved to New York City . Cozart worked for Vogue magazine, among others . He also starred in the plays Diary of a Black Man and The Big Knife .

Cozart played his first film role alongside Harry Hamlin and Mimi Rogers in the 1983 sports comedy Blue Skies Again . In the 1990 action film Airborne , he starred alongside Nicolas Cage and Tommy Lee Jones . In the thriller Fletcher's Visions (1997) with Mel Gibson and Julia Roberts , he played the role of the agent Lowry who went against the CIA psychiatrist Dr. Jonas ( Patrick Stewart ) is investigating.

Cozart also works as a film producer. Not only does he own his own company, he is also a member of the board of directors of POV Planet .
