The boxers Cesar Dominguez and Vince Boudreau are friends. Ahead of a high profile fight in Las Vegas , Dominguez is slated to fight Boudreau. Both boxers are promised $ 50,000 and the winner qualifies for the title fight.
Grace Pasic drives Boudreau and Dominguez to Las Vegas. She used to be Vince's girlfriend, now she is in a relationship with Cesar. They meet Lia on the way. In Las Vegas there is a boxing match that is bitter.
