Džanan Musa (born May 8, 1999 in Bihać ) is a Bosnian-Herzegovinian basketball player . He plays in the small forward position for the Brooklyn Nets in the NBA .

Career

At club level

Musa signed his first professional contract with KK Cedevita in May 2017 a few days after his 18th birthday . For this club, the forward has been playing in its youth department since 2014 and also came to several appearances in the first team thanks to a double license. On June 21, 2018, he was selected 29th in the NBA Draft by the Brooklyn Nets.

National team

Musa was in the U-16 Eurobasket 2015 elected MVP, in the U-18 European Basketball Championship in 2016 , he was top scorer .
