Damiano Giulio Guzzetti
Damiano Giulio Guzzetti MCCJ (born July 15, 1959 in Turate , Province of Como , Italy ) is Bishop of Moroto .
Life
Damiano Giulio Guzzetti joined the order of the Comboni Missionaries and made temporary profession on May 25, 1985 . He made his perpetual profession on March 27, 1989. Guzzetti received on 23 September 1989, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On February 20, 2014, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Moroto. The Archbishop of Tororo , Emmanuel Obbo AJ , donated him episcopal ordination on May 24th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Bishop Emeritus of Moroto, Henry Apaloryamam Ssentongo , and the Apostolic Nuncio in Uganda , Archbishop Michael August Blume SVD .
