Darja Anatoljewna Timoshenko ( Russian Дарья Анатольевна Тимошенко , English transcription Daria Timoshenko ; born August 1, 1980 in Moscow , Soviet Union ) is a former Russian-Azerbaijani figure skater who competed in a single skate . She is the junior world champion of 1999.

At the beginning of her career, Darja Tymoshenko started for Russia and won the Junior World Champion title under this flag in 1999. Later she decided to start for Azerbaijan . Her best result was 8th place at her last European Championship in 2005. She never qualified for the freestyle finals at World Championships. After the end of her career, she works as a youth coach in Odintsovo .
