Julija Nikolajewna Soldatowa ( Russian Юлия Николаевна Солдатова ; born May 17, 1981 in Moscow ) is a former Russian figure skater who competed in the individual run for Russia and Belarus .

In 1998 Soldatowa was junior world champion . In 1999 she won important international medals among senior citizens with silver at the European Championships in Prague and bronze at the World Championships in Helsinki .

In 2000 she could not qualify for an international tournament as fourth at the Russian championships. In 1998 it was not considered for the Olympic Games . Therefore, she changed her citizenship and started for Belarus from 2001 to 2003, also took part in the Olympic Games in Salt Lake City , but was never able to build on her successes. In 2004 she returned and started for Russia again for a short time before finally ending her career and becoming a coach.
