The hit man Lynch stops at a station on a thief who wants a young woman stealing her cell phone. When he returns the phone to her, neither of them notice how she accidentally swaps her device with his. She later gives the cell phone to her friend Abe, who works for a locksmith . When Lynch's client later wants to tell him about his new job on his cell phone - he's supposed to kill a man named Samuel Fish - Abe accidentally gets the job. He does everything possible to go to the unwitting Mr. Fish to warn him. However, the client soon becomes suspicious and sends another agent named Virgil to see if everything is right with Lynch. Virgil realizes that the alleged lynch (in reality Abe) is not who he claims to be and puts another hit man on him.
