The reversed Prince is a fairy tale in black and white by Fritz Genschow from the year 1962nd
action
Once upon a time there was a very strict and hard-hearted Greek king. He was married to the meek Arete, who was loved by all the people. Shortly before the queen's child is born, an adviser persuades the king to re-enact an ancient law. The law states that the royal couple's first child must be a boy, if it is a girl, then it will be killed and the queen will be abused and disgraced. The queen's distress was great when she gave birth to a girl. In order to save the life of her child, the queen exchanged her daughter for the son of the gardener Manto, who was born at the same time. So she was able to present the son she wanted to her husband. The king went on a boat trip and got caught in a storm. He was stranded on the island of Mytia, where he spent a long time. There the king develops into an animal lover and gardener and only returns to his kingdom after 10 years, just as the false prince is about to be crowned.
