The German Ice Hockey Cup was played for the second time in the 2003/04 season by the German Ice Hockey Federation in cooperation with the German Ice Hockey League and the Ice Hockey Game Operating Company.

The game date for the first round was August 31, 2003, the second round was played on September 23. The quarter-finals took place on November 11, 2003, the semi-finals on January 13, 2004, before the cup winners were determined in the final on February 10 .
