The workers of the Falkendorf steelworks protest against the rigorous wage requirements of the new management. When his ex-girlfriend Babs suddenly returns to the town as a union lawyer, rascal Patrick Angerer is also fighting on the front line - not just to prove to her that his life is not just about football and a pub.

The film was shot in summer 2012 in Eisenerz , Radmer and Vienna. The film takes up the problems of the former capital of the Styrian Eisenstrasse , which has suffered from population decline for decades. With 43,218 admissions, the film was the most successful Austrian feature film of 2013.
