action

FBI agent Lemmy Caution sets up a false disguise as a wanted murderer in order to convict the international gang of criminals around the gangster Siegella. Using an alias, he frees the pleasure-seeking heiress of millions, Miranda, from an illegal casino that the gang boss Goyas runs on a yacht off Marseille . Goyas' plan to kidnap the girl in order to extort ransom from her father is thus prevented. Since Goyas Lemmy's contact person has murdered McFee, the agent throws the gangster overboard and lets him drown. After Lemmy took Miranda to the hotel, he was contacted by Siegella. His gang of gangsters also plans to kidnap Miranda. Lemmy, whom they have identified as a wanted criminal, should help them with this. The next day Lemmy learns the current whereabouts of the heiress from Miranda's maid. He travels to Miranda and meets her at a fashion show. In Paris , Lemmy is contacted by Dora, the former lover of Goya who was killed by Lemmy. The gang continues to stick to a kidnapping plan. Dora offers Lemmy the leadership of the gang.

Siegella lures Miranda into a remote villa in the country, where the gang has set up an illegal casino especially for the girl. Lemmy also sends Goyas' gang to the casino. After Dora is murdered by Siegella's men, the surviving rival gang members begin shooting each other. Siegella and part of his gang manage to take Miranda under his control and escape. They find their hiding place in an old monastery . Siegella misses a folder with evidence against him that Lemmy found and took from the dead Dora. The agent informs the police about his whereabouts with an anonymous phone call. At a meeting between him and Constance, where he admits he owns the portfolio, Lemmy is arrested under the gaze of the gangster bride. Lemmy hands over the evidence to the police and gives instructions on how to proceed to free Miranda.

Lemmy fakes his escape when he is transferred to prison, and his subsequent meeting with Constance is watched by the police. This takes on the pursuit of the gangster bride for the drive to the gang hiding place. Unfortunately, the officers lose touch, so Lemmy is left on his own for the time being. When a gang member notices the numerous police officers roaming around, Lemmy's game is seen through. The gangsters succeed in taking Lemmy by surprise and captivating him. Siegella lights a fire in Lemmy's hiding place and prepares to escape with the abductee. After Lemmy was able to free himself from the chains with the help of a piece of glass, he confronts Constance and Siegella. There is a catfight between Constance and Miranda. Lemmy manages to take Siegella off guard when the police finally arrive.
