Dirk Grosse ( April 18, 1968 in Esslingen am Neckar ) is a German journalist , media expert and consultant for players and coaches.

Live and act

Dirk Grosse grew up in Esslingen. After graduating from high school in 1987, he completed his military service with the Panzergrenadierbataillon 223 in Munich. In 1988 he began his business studies at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg . During his studies he worked as a freelancer for the radio station Radio Gong as a sports news anchor and contributor. From 1992 to 1994 he worked as a freelancer at Kicker Sportmagazin , before he switched to Premiere Hamburg as a volunteer in 1994 .

Grosse went to Munich in 1996 as a sports editor for German Sport Television , where he began his career as a reporter, contributor and commentator. Between 1998 and 2000 he moderated the soccer formats Hattrick heute , INTEAM and LaOla together with Jan Henkel , Hansi Küpper , Carsten Fuß and Tino Polster.

In 2003 he moved to TSV München von 1860 as media director and, together with Markus Hörwick (then media director FC Bayern Munich ), played a key role in planning the media area of ​​the Allianz Arena . He was also on the organizing committee for the Lion Opening Ceremony in 2005.

In May 2018, Grosse stopped working for Sky Deutschland and switched to the football consultancy industry. Since June 2018 he has been managing director of Ludwigsburg-based VIDA 11 Consulting together with Robin Schuster . He also acts as a sports consultant for Three Winters GmbH .

Private

Dirk Grosse lives in Munich and is married to Filiz Grosse. They have a daughter together.
