Divundu is a village in the constituency of Ndiyona in the Kavango-East region in northeastern Namibia . The settlement is 1090 meters above sea level . Divundu is located almost 200 kilometers east of the regional capital Rundu in the geographical Caprivi Strip .
Divundu is located on the B8 national road on the Okavango opposite the Bwabwata National Park .
On April 1, 2015, Divundu lost its official settlement status, granted on March 15, 2009, and was elevated to the status of a village on the same day .
