Dreifaltigkeitsberg is a wasteland in the municipality of Weng in the Lower Bavarian district of Landshut with a residential building ( wasteland , farm, formerly two courtyards, therefore two house numbers ). It is located south of the municipal road to Hösacker and west of the state road 2141 . Together with the hamlet of the same name in the municipality of Moosthenning (including Rimbach district ) east of State Road 2141 , which is already part of the Dingolfing-Landau district , the place forms a unit. Because of the baroque pilgrimage church , which is located in Moosthenning area, it is known in the wider area.

The Trinity Mountain of the Weng community is much younger than the hamlet of Moosthenning.

In addition to the village, the name also refers to the 473 meter high Dreifaltigkeitsberg mountain in the wooded Danube-Isar hill country between the Isar and Aiterach valleys , which was historically an important landmark on the old road from Landshut to Straubing (today State Road 2141).
