The Droga wojewódzka 646 ( DW646 ) is a six kilometer long Droga wojewódzka ( Voivodeship Road ) in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland . The route in Powiat Toruński leads to the national road DK15 .
The road runs from the village of Turzno in a south-easterly direction to Brzeźno . On this way, it crosses the Toruń – Olsztyn (Thorn – Allenstein) railway with a level crossing , passes under the A1 autostrada ( E 75 ) and crosses the DK96 state road . DK15 is reached shortly after Brzeźno.
The connection to the A1 Autostrada (junction Turzno / Toruń Północ (Thorn-Nord) ) is via DK15 and DK96 (the shortest national road in Poland at 1600 meters ).
In Turzno an inner-town road branches off, which after 400 meters reaches the Turzno Kujawskie train station .
