The Droga wojewódzka 151 ( DW 151 ) is a provincial road in north-western Poland , in north-south direction the cities Swidwin ( Schivelbein ) in the Province of West Pomerania and Gorzow Wielkopolski ( Landsberg / Warthe ) in the Lubusz connects. Over a length of 136 kilometers it runs through the six districts of Świdwin ( Schivelbein ), Łobez ( Labes ), Stargard ( Stargard in Pomerania ), Choszczno ( Arnswalde ), Myślibórz ( Soldin ) and Gorzów Wielkopolski ( Landsberg / Warthe ). It crosses or connects the state roads DK 3 , DK 10 , DK 20 and DK 22 as well as the voivodship roads DW 130 , DW 132 , DW 147 , DW 148 , DW 152 , DW 156 , DW 158 , DW 160 , DW 162 and DW 175 .

The DW 151 runs between Świdwin ( Schivelbein ), Łobez ( Labes ) and Węgorzyno ( Wangerin ) on the route of the former German Reichsstraße 162 , and the southern section between Pełczyce ( Bernstein ) and Gorzów Wielkopolski ( Landsberg / Warthe ) is now part of the Szlak Cysterki (Cistercian Street ).
