The Droga wojewódzka 650 ( DW 650 ) is a provincial road in Poland . It runs for a length of 89 kilometers in a west-east direction within the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and connects the cities of Węgorzewo (Angerburg) and Gołdap (Goldap) with each other and with Kętrzyn (Rastenburg) with short-term use of the DW 591 from Stara Różanka ( Alt Rosenthal) . In addition, the DW 650 establishes a connection between the state roads DK 63 and DK 65 and the voivodship roads DW 591 and DW 651 . Until the early 2000s, the DW 650 ran from Barciany (Barten) to Srokowo and from there on to the current route to Gołdap.
In the section between Węgorzewo and Gołdap, DW 650 runs on the route of the former German Reichsstraße 136 .
