The Droga wojewódzka 591 ( DW 591 ) is a provincial road in Poland . It runs for a length of 64 kilometers in a south-north direction within the Warmia-Masurian Voivodeship and connects the cities of Mrągowo (Sensburg) and Kętrzyn (Rastenburg) with the Polish-Russian state border north of Michałkowo (Langmichels) . In addition, the DW 591 establishes a connection between the state roads DK 16 and DK 59 and the voivodship roads DW 590 , DW 592 and DW 650 .

In the section between Kętrzyn and Michałkowo, DW 591 runs on the route of the former German Reichsstrasse 141 .
