It runs from west to east from the village of Nojewo via Orliczko and Binino to the intersection with Droga wojewódzka 184 and 186 near the place Bobulczyn . The only noticeable feature of the eight-kilometer-long road is a level crossing where the Szamotuły - Międzychód railway line crosses .
