The Druga Crnogorska Liga 2015/16 was the tenth season of the second highest Montenegrin football league. The season started on August 16, 2015 and ended on May 29, 2016.

FK Mogren Budva did not appear in the first two games of the season. The association was then suspended by the FSCG . The remaining eleven teams competed against each other in three rounds.

The first in the table rose directly to the Prva Crnogorska Liga 2016/17 , while the second and third were promoted through the relegation games. In addition to FK Mogren Budva, the last placed rose to the Treća Crnogorska League .
