Duhabi-Bhaluwa ( Nepali दुहवी-भलुवा Duhabi-Bhaluwa ) is a city ( municipality ) in the eastern Terai of Nepal in the Sunsari district .

Duhabi-Bhaluwa is on the Koshi Rajmarg highway (H8) between Biratnagar in the south and Itahari in the north. The city was created in 2014 by merging the Village Development Committees Duhabi and Bhaluwa . The urban area covers 21.1 km².

Residents

In the 2011 census, the VDCs that made up the city of Duhabi-Bhaluwa had 25,545 inhabitants (12,797 of them male) in 5327 households.
