EB / Streymur / Skála is a Faroese women's football club , which was created in 2013 from the merger of EB / Streymur and Skála ÍF .
history
In 2013, the two associations merged to join forces on the island of Eysturoy . In the previous season Skála ÍF and EB / Streymur finished fifth and sixth among ten teams, a year later the second place behind KÍ Klaksvík could be achieved. Here KÍ was taught the first defeat after 82 unbeaten games by a 2-0 home win on matchday eight. In the cup , the team was eliminated from the eventual winner KÍ Klaksvík in the semi-finals. From 2014 to 2016 EB / Streymur / Skála was runner-up in the league behind KÍ. In 2017 they won their first national title with a 3-2 win in the final against HB Tórshavn . In addition, the first championship was achieved in the same year. In 2018 they defended the national cup with a 2-1 win against HB Tórshavn, and the championship was won again. The game for the Supercup , which was held for the first time, was lost 7-1 against runner-up HB Tórshavn. In the final of the National Cup 2019 EB / Streymur / Skála lost 3-0 to HB Tórshavn, and the championship was finished in fourth place.
