The Town of Eden is located in southwest Wisconsin. The intersection of the three states of Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota, located on the Mississippi , is around 120 km to the northwest; to Illinois it is around 65 km south.

The US Highway 18 and the congruently here running Wisconsin State Highway 80 leading west to east direction by the Town. In addition, the County Highways B, G, and I run through the area of the Town of Eden. All other roads are subordinate country roads and partly unpaved roads.
With the Iowa County Airport there is a small airfield around 20 km southeast. The nearest commercial airports are Dubuque Regional Airport in Iowa (around 85 km south-southwest), Dane County Regional Airport in Wisconsin's capital Madison (around 100 km east-northeast) and Chicago Rockford International Airport (around 170 km southeast).
