Edith Schönenberger

Edith Schönenberger (born January 20, 1954 ) is a former Swiss cyclist .

Edith Schönenberger was the most successful national cyclist in Switzerland in the 1980s. Between 1982 and 1988 she won a total of six national titles: five times she was Swiss road champion and once champion in the omnium on the track . In 1985 she won the Rund um den Henninger Tower and in 1988 the Hegiberg Tour . In 1988 she started the street race at the Olympic Games in Seoul and was 18.
