Emily Rebecca Kinney (born August 15, 1985 in Wayne , Nebraska ) is an American actress and singer .

Life

Kinney graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater in 2006.

Film career

Emily Kinney has been an actress since 2007. She first appeared in two short films and took on roles in various television series , such as Criminal Intent , The Unusuals , Good Wife and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit . In 2009 she played a small role in the comedy If Love Was That Easy . Two years later she appeared in three episodes of The Big C series.

In 2015 she appeared as Nora Everett in four episodes of the Masters of Sex series . As of October 3, 2016, she served as Tess Larson in the first and only season of the series Conviction radio station ABC to see.

Music career

In September 2011 she released her first EP called Blue Toothbrush , which contains five songs. She also sings the song The Parting Glass on the first official soundtrack for The Walking Dead series , along with her series sister Lauren Cohan .

The album Expired Love was released in 2014, followed by the album This Is War in 2015 and Oh Jonathan in 2018 .
