The developing region West ( Nepali पश्चिमाञ्चल विकास क्षेत्र Pashchimānchal Bikās Kshetra ) was one of five developing regions in Nepal .
It had an area of 29,398 km² and consisted of the following administrative zones:
At the 2011 census, the region had 4,926,765 inhabitants. The administrative seat was Pokhara .
The Annapurna National Park belonged to the region .
