Ernst Hunsicker

Ernst Friedrich-Wilhelm Hunsicker (* 1944 ) is a former German detective .

Life

Ernst Hunsicker joined the police service ( middle service ) of the Lower Saxony police in 1962 . After basic training at the Lower Saxony State Police School in Hann. Münden and a deployment in the Lower Saxony state riot police in Hanover , he was transferred to Lingen (Ems) in 1965 , where he was on patrol with the police . In 1967 he came to the Criminal Investigation Osnabrück , where he in the field of economic crime and in the homicide as a clerk and as a security team leader in Kriminaldauerdienst worked. Between 1972 and 1975 his training for the career of the higher service of the criminal police took place. In 1995 he was appointed criminal director. Ernst Hunsicker lives in Bad Iburg .

Internal and external engagement

During his career, Hunsicker was involved in numerous internal police projects, some of which were of importance throughout Lower Saxony . These include project groups on preventive profit skimming , cooperation between the police and criminal police, reforming the police, implementation of the Lower Saxony Hazard Defense Act and investigating customer satisfaction with the police in Osnabrück.

Outside of work, Hunsicker was primarily involved in crime prevention . In 1989 he initiated the interdepartmental prevention commission Osnabrück (RePrOS) as a municipal crime prevention project. In 1993, he called in the Osnabrück district Eversburg the roundtable Eversburg to life. In 1996 he was the initiator and founding member of the Prevention Association Osnabrück e. V. (PrävOS), where he is the deputy managing director. Hunsicker was the initiator and project manager for Criminological Regional Analyzes Osnabrück (KRA OS) in 1996/97 and 2002/03 as well as a member of regional analyzes 2007/08. From 2005 to 2010 he was a member of the Osnabrück Crime Prevention Council.
