Erol Erdal Alkan (born February 16, 1994 in Amsterdam ) is a Dutch - Turkish soccer player.

Career

Alkan was born in Amsterdam to a father of Turkish origin and a mother of Surinamese origin. He began his club football career in 1999 at the amateur club AVV Zeeburgia . He later worked in the youth departments of Ajax Amsterdam , SC Heerenveen and Galatasaray Netherlands .

In November 2012 he moved to the reserve team of the Turkish first division club Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor . After a year he was hired by the reserve team of Sanica Boru Elazığspor . In spring 2014 he was accepted into the professional team by the new head coach Okan Buruk and made his professional debut in the cup match on January 15, 2014 against Medical Park Antalyaspor .

After he had stayed at Aydınspor in 1923 after promotion, he moved to the next second half of the season to first division club Çaykur Rizespor . After the club had missed relegation at the end of the 2013/14 season, he dissolved his contract with Alkan.
