Furkan Zorba (born February 25, 1998 in Rüsselsheim am Main ) is a Turkish-German soccer player . The central defender is under contract with Türkgücü Munich .

Career

societies

Zorba moved in 2009 into the youth academy from Eintracht Frankfurt . On August 18, 2016, he signed his first professional contract with Eintracht. In the 2016/17 season , Zorba was in the professional squad, but did not appear in any Bundesliga games.

For the 2017/18 season , Zorba moved to third division VfL Osnabrück , with whom he signed a two-year contract. On July 21, 2017, he made his debut in a 2-2 draw against Karlsruher SC in the 3rd division. As champions of the 2018/19 season , Zorba rose to the 2nd Bundesliga with VfL , but his contract, which expired at the end of the season, was not extended.

For the 2019/20 season , Zorba joined the Regionalliga- promoted Türkgücü Munich .

National team

Zorba was used in two games between the Turkish and the Greek U19 national team at the beginning of February 2017 .
