Benedikt Kirsch (born April 15, 1996 in Regensburg ) is a German football player . The central midfielder is under contract with Türkgücü Munich .

Career

Kirsch started his career at the age of five at SG Hohenschambach and in 2003 moved to the youth department of SSV Jahn Regensburg . From there he went to SpVgg Greuther Fürth in 2008 . In March 2015 he moved up to his second team , for which he made his debut on March 21, 2015 in a 1-1 draw against SV Seligenporten in the Regionalliga Bayern . He scored his first goal on October 13, 2015 in a 3-2 home win against the second team of FC Bayern Munich .

For the 2016/17 season, Kirsch moved up to Fürth's first team, for which he played his first competitive game on August 21, 2016 against Eintracht Norderstedt in the first round of the DFB Cup and scored the goal to make it 4-1. Six days later he made his debut in a 3-2 home win against FC Erzgebirge Aue in the 2nd Bundesliga . His contract, which expired in the summer of 2019, was not renewed in the spring, after he had only been in the professional squad twice in the 2018/19 season and only played in the regional league.

For the 2019/20 season, Kirsch moved to the Regionalliga Bayern for the promoted Türkgücü Munich .
