Maximilian Engl (born December 31, 1997 ) is a German soccer player .

Career

After his beginnings in the youth of 1. SC Gröbenzell and SC Fürstenfeldbruck , he moved to the youth department of TSV 1860 Munich . After a season in Munich's second team, he moved to the third division for FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt in the summer of 2017 . There he came to his first appearance in the professional field when he was in the starting line-up on matchday 33 in a 5-0 home defeat against Chemnitzer FC . For the 2018/19 season he moved to the Regionalliga Bayern for VfR Garching .

After a season in Garching, Engl joined the ambitious regional league promoted Türkgücü Munich for the 2019/20 season .
