Evening Standard British Film Award : Peter Sellers Prize

The Peter Sellers Award ( Peter Sellers Award for Comedy ) is a film award, the honor of the late actor since 1981 Peter Sellers as part of the presentation of the Evening Standard British Film Awards is awarded. It honors outstanding films and actors, as well as screenwriters and directors of comedies. The most common winners are Bill Forsyth , Bill Nighy and Hugh Grant , who each won the award twice. In 2009, Sally Hawkins was the first woman to receive this award.
