Award ceremony 2014
The ninth presentation of the German Theater Prize Der Faust took place on November 8, 2014 in the Hamburg State Opera in the presence of the First Mayor of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg Olaf Scholz . The prize is awarded in cooperation with the Kulturstiftung der Länder, the German Academy of Performing Arts and an annually changing federal state. The event was financed by the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (cultural authority), the cultural foundation of the federal states and the German stage association . The actor Ulrich Matthes moderated the award ceremony.
