The Hombach-Finkenbach- Klosterbach landscape protection area has existed in the area of ​​the communities of Heiligenrode , Fahrenhorst , Ristedt , Nordwohlde , Bramstedt , Stühren , Hollwedel , Klosterseelte and Kirchseelte since 1967 . With an area of ​​approx. 26.80 km² it will serve as a nature observation and recreation area.
