The Fokker M.16 was a single-engine, two-seat reconnaissance aircraft developed in 1915. It had a water-cooled inline engine Austro-Daimler with 200 HP (approx. 150 kW).

The M.16E was the prototype of the M.16Z, which had either the Austro-Daimler or a 160 hp (approx. 120 kW) Mercedes engine.

The M.16E served in the Austro-Hungarian Army as the Fokker B.III.
