Francesco Alfano
Francesco Alfano (born June 13, 1956 in Nocera Inferiore ) is Archbishop of Sorrento-Castellammare di Stabia .
Life
Francesco Alfano was ordained a priest on April 17, 1982 . Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on May 14, 2005 Archbishop of Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi - Conza - Nusco - Bisaccia .
The bishop of Nocera Inferiore-Sarno , Gioacchino Illiano , consecrated him bishop on July 2nd of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Salvatore Nunnari , Archbishop of Cosenza-Bisignano , and Paolo Romeo , Apostolic Nuncio in Italy and San Marino .
On March 10, 2012 he was appointed Archbishop of Sorrento - Castellammare di Stabia .
