history
The company was founded in 1996 by Jürgen Franz and Gerhard Wach. The two company founders wanted to make the field of personnel services more qualitative, which is also reflected in the company motto "Say the truth, create trust and achieve goals". In 1998 the two founders parted ways: Gerhard Wach decided to offer personnel services in his home town of Heilbronn-Franken and Hohenlohe, Jürgen Franz focused on the Munich metropolitan area. Both kept the established brand names separately. Gerhard Wach then opened branches in Crailsheim , Schwäbisch Hall and Öhringen in 1998 and 1999 . The reforms of Agenda 2010 caused serious changes in the industry: During this time Franz & Wach won several exclusive tenders for the personnel service agency. The aim of this was to support the placement of long-term unemployed. Since then, the company has taken many innovative paths: The first on-site management office was opened in Crailsheim in 2003. In 2007, the company was named a master vendor by a customer company. The company was one of the earliest providers on the market for both services.
