Frederikshavn Kommune was until December 2006 a Danish municipality in what was then Nordjyllands Amt in the Vendsyssel region in northern Jutland . Since January 2007 it has been part of the new Frederikshavn municipality together with the municipalities of Skagen and Sæby .
