Friedrich Lang (politician, 1855)

Johann Friedrich Lang (born March 9, 1855 in Michelstadt ; † March 14, 1932 ibid) was a Hessian innkeeper, politician ( NLP ) and member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Friedrich Lang was the son of the innkeeper and beer brewer Johann Christian Lang and his wife Anna Margaretha, née Bardes. Lang, who was a Protestant, was an innkeeper, brewer and wine merchant in Michelstadt and married to Anna Margarethe, née Seibert.

In 1881, Lang was city and church council member in Michelstadt, district council and district committee member in Erbach, board member of the trade association and committee member of the Michelstadt trade school.

From 1901 to 1918 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected as the successor to the late Jakob Brunner for the constituency Starkenburg 2 / Michelstadt .
