Carl Friedrich Brenner (born March 28, 1807 in Bullau ; † July 3, 1864 in Bad Kissingen ) was a Hessian judge and politician and a former member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

family

Carl Brenner was the son of the Grand Ducal Forestry Council Christian Friedrich Brenner and his wife Katharina Ernestine nee Osterheld. Carl Brenner, who was a Protestant denomination, married Amalie, née Erhard (* 1816 in Stuttgart ; † October 16, 1884 in Darmstadt ).

education and profession

Carl Brenner studied law and graduated with a doctorate. In 1831 he was granted access to the Darmstadt court , in 1837 an actuary at the Michelstadt regional court and in 1840 an assessor there. In 1841 he became district judge in Beerfelden , in 1842 district judge in Michelstadt and in 1852 in Zwingenberg . From 1856 he was court judge in Darmstadt.

politics

In the 17th electoral term (1862–1864), Carl Brenner was a member of the second chamber of the state estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse. In the state estates he represented the constituency of Starkenburg 8 / Erbach . His successor in the stands was Wilhelm Mühlberger .
