QS24 is a Swiss private television broadcaster that broadcast unencrypted 24 hours a day in Swiss Standard German and Standard German on September 1, 2017 via Astra satellite television . The programs can be received both on television (some regional cable network feeds) and via the Wilmaa , Teleboy and Zattoo internet portals .

QS24 mainly deals with alternative medicine and esoteric topics. The program focuses on interviews .

history

The TV broadcaster was founded on December 23, 2016 by QuantiSana.TV Fernseh-, Produktions- und Betriebs AG based in Switzerland , by Gabriela Glogg-Hartmann, Marius Ochmann and Alexander Glogg.

The broadcasts took place first on Switzerland 5 under the name QuantiSana.TV. A 12-hour program for the private broadcaster Switzerland 5 was put together every day for 6 months. On September 1, 2017, QuantiSana.TV started its own Astra satellite channel and, in cooperation with a. a full 24-hour program with the regional TV station Filstalwelle in Göppingen . From this point on, the broadcasting name was changed from QuantiSana.TV to QS24. Partners are "GEDANKENtanken", Explainity, Sonnenklar.TV and Switzerland Tourism .

In January 2018, the feed into some regional cable networks, such as B. the Stafag-Leukom, and in June 2018 at Sunrise Switzerland . Since Easter 2020, the municipal utilities in Konstanz, SW Baden-Baden, SW Waldkirch, ZEAG Heilbronn and NETCom BW have been feeding the transmitter. From May 1, 2020, Waipu.TV has also added the station to its range.

With its program, QS24 is a registered broadcaster with the Swiss OFCOM .
