The Gauliga Berlin-Brandenburg 1937/38 was the fifth season of the Gauliga Berlin-Brandenburg in football. At the end of the season, Berliner SV 92 won the Gaume Championship for the second time thanks to the better goal quotient against Hertha BSC . In the final round of the German championship achieved in this way, however, the BSV could not prevail in the group phase against FC Schalke 04 and VfR Mannheim .

In the relegation battle, the two promoted CSC / Friesen Cottbus and Brandenburger SC 05 were able to assert themselves , while SC Nowawes 03 and Viktoria 89 had to leave the league.
